Please make sure to read this information to avoid misunderstandings, thank you! :)
✦ Shipping costs are calculated by the final weight of the order and the country of destination.
✦ I pack all of my products with the utmost care to avoid damage that could occur in transit. I wrap everything the best I can to ensure the safety of each piece, and original artwork is sealed in a plastic sleeve and packed with sturdy chipboard to keem them flat.
✦ I will ship orders within 5 days after they're placed. All shipments include tracking. I ship worldwide and I'll send you the tracking code and link after the order dispatches. Remember that the tracking status might take a while to update. It is the customer's responsibility to track their parcel and rearrange a redelivery in case it was not received on the first attempt.
✦ I try to keep the shipping cost as low as possible and they already include handling fees and costs of packing materials.
✦ Always double check you've input the correct mailing address and contact information. If you have made an error, contact me immediately by email so I can correct it before shipping. I am not responsible for items delivered to the wrong address.
✦ International shipping can take up to a month depending on the country of destination, but it usually arrives earlier. Remember that the package might remain in your country's customs for a little while until it's cleared. Possible customs fees at the destination country are the customer's responsibility.
✦ Because of COVID-19 there are countries where the postal services are still limited, so please make sure your country's postal service is functioning regularly before placing an order.
✦ I cannot take responsibility for lost or stolen parcels, once they're in the hands of the postal workers it's out of my control and there's not much I can do on my end unfortunately, you may need to contact the shipping service directly and file a claim with them.

✦ If items are severely damaged during transit, (like a broken sculpture or clay piece, for example) I'll gladly issue you a refund of the product price. I do not refund the shipping cost, but you don't need to return the product. Please keep in mind that I'm only one person trying to manage and grow my small business and I put a lot of time and love into everything I create.
The following items are not eligible for refund:
- Flat items like Stickers, prints and artwork on paper
- Enamel pins
- Items with small chips, scratches or bends.
Please contact me using the form below within 5 days after receiving your package including pictures that crearly show the damaged product alongside the original packaging. I cannot offer a refund after that time limit. The refund will be issued to you via PayPal. Due to the aforementioned changes in PayPal policies, the transaction fee will be deducted from your refund.
For card payments, I'll proceed with the money return solicitation as soon as possible after receiving your refund request, the approval of the solicitation can take between 3-5 business days. After that, the time it takes for the money to appear in your bank account depends on your card issuer. You can get in touch with them to ask about the status or how long it should take.
✦ I do not offer refunds for change of mind, not reading the product description or damage after use.
✦ I do not offer a refund if the package is returned to me after several failed attempts of delivery.
